Staud's in Funky Kitchen Club

The young Swiss gastronome René Schudel succeeded in establishing the “something different” food show on Pro 7 (Germany TV): He cooks with natural ingredients and really gets down to the roots.

René Schudel cooks boldly and masterfully: In every episode of his Funky Kitchen Club, he takes off to find his ingredients - primarily at the original producers. Then, using them, a fantastic menu is created.

So he came to Vienna to find a special strawberry marmelade for his crêpes (in Vienna we call them palatschinken) - he found what he was looking for at Staud's in the Brunnenmarkt. Together they created a fine dessert:
